The Ontario Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to
ADVOCACY DAY AT QUEEN'S PARK
Monday, March 25 | 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
JOIN US FOR ADVOCACY DAY AT QUEEN'S PARK
On Monday, March 25, the Ontario Chamber Network will hold its fourth annual Advocacy Day at Queen’s Park. With the provincial government approaching the one-year mark of its mandate, Advocacy Day is a forum to share ideas on how to foster a competitive business climate and strong, prosperous communities.
As a key benefit included with your membership, all Chamber Network members are encouraged to join us in Toronto for this important day. This is your opportunity to interact directly with elected and non-elected officials, sharing top ideas and concerns of your members.
This full-day event will bring together leaders from chambers of commerce and boards of trade from across Ontario. Last year, more than 60 local chambers were represented, and we hope to see even more in 2019!
PROGRAM TO INCLUDE
Queen's Park question period
Town hall meetings with government and opposition MPPs
Small group consultations with senior government officials
Closing reception with MPPs
As space is limited, OCC chamber members are permitted to have a maximum of two representatives attend. Chambers are encouraged to register one staff member and one board volunteer. Additional spaces may be offered after Monday, February 25 on a first-come, first served basis and as space permits.
Please Note: Participating chambers/boards must be members in good standing of the OCC. Registration is included with annual OCC membership – exclusive of travel and accommodation expenses.
