The Clearview Council has expressed several concerns about the major Roxodus event coming this summer, such as the disruption for neighbours, concerns for public safety and impacts on transportation. The Roxodus organizers are being given the chance to assuage these concerns by making a presentation at this Monday’s Council Meeting.
If you have any concerns about such a large event coming to our area, please come to the Council Meeting this Monday March 4thto hear how the organizers have prepared for the proposed 30,000 attendees and campers.
It should be noted that Roxodus will be allowing our local businesses free booth space to sell their items during the event. This will be discussed further at the next Stayner Chamber meeting on March 20th.

The Council meeting begins at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Clearview Township Administration Centre located at 217 Gideon Street in Stayner.
