We need your input for this year's Lifetime Achievement Award.
To help source a deserving recipient for 2019, we are pleased to invite you to nominate an individual in your community or network. The Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded to an individual who demonstrates leadership in a given Ontario industry that has a significant positive impact for the province and beyond.
In 2018, we celebrated the inspiring accomplishments of Donald Ziraldo and Karl Kaiser, the pioneers of Ontario’s wine renaissance, through our very first Lifetime Achievement Award.
Take the opportunity to spotlight a deserving individual in your community! Nominations must be received by noon on Monday, March 18, 2019.
NOMINATION CRITERIA
A prominent presence in Ontario
Aligned with OCC vision and mission
Proven achiever and strong contributor to the Ontario economy
Pioneer or demonstrated leadership in a defined business industry
Include two letters of reference from members of the community (to be received if selected as a finalist)
Positive impact on the community, region or province(impact defined as bettering the province, engaging with the province, investing in the province, and/or achieving inspiring accomplishments or goals for the province)
Clearly defined 2 to 4 major accomplishments

To nominate a candidate, please contact Deanna Lahey, Senior Manager, Event Services by noon on Monday, March 18. Include the nominee’s full name, organization, and 2 to 4 major accomplishments.
