At this past General Meeting on Wednesday, September 18th, another discussion took place about changing the Stayner Chamber of Commerce over to the Clearview Chamber of Commerce. President Charley Lewis presented the information that was provided by the Chamber’s lawyer on how we go about making this change.
At the June 19th meeting, Chamber members agreed that changing the name and scope of the Stayner Chamber of Commerce to the Clearview Chamber of Commerce, was worth investigating. Making this change would expand the Chamber’s membership, broaden the events and positively affect all businesses throughout Clearview Township. It is now time to vote on making this change.
Kat Salvador put forward a motion to vote on this decision at the next General Chamber meeting. If you are interested in this topic and wish to be present for the vote, please attend the next General Meeting of the Stayner Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, October 16th at 217 Gideon Street. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm and a vote will take place shortly thereafter.
