It is with sadness that we report that Charley Lewis has resigned her position as Chamber President of the Chamber. In one year of Presidency, Charley has led the Chamber through instrumental changes, the most significant of which is our name change from the Stayner Chamber of Commerce to the Clearview Chamber of Commerce, allowing us to more effectively represent all the businesses in our area. She has been a strong advocate for our Chamber with Clearview Township, having open and honest conversations with Township employees, including the Mayor, in regard to changes or assistance that the Chamber needed. Charley advocated strongly to get Stayner the new scrolled lights that now line Stayner’s historic downtown and worked closely with the Township for our events.
On behalf of the Executive Board, and the Chamber as a whole, we thank Charley very much for her service to our Chamber and wish her all the best for the future.
