If you are not able to attend the AGM this Wednesday, June 24th, but want your vote to count, you can give your proxy to a current member attending the meeting to vote on your behalf. Please note that under the By-laws of the Chamber a proxy holder must be a full member in good standing of the Chamber and that no member may hold a proxy for more than two other members. Please ensure that your designated proxy is so qualified.
