Unfortunately, we have discovered there is something wrong with the membership payment portal. Several members have tried to renew their membership online but on our end, we are getting messages that say the payment was ‘abandoned’ and no payment has been received.
We have already contacted the head office of the ShopClearview platform and are waiting for a reply on the fix.
