Hiring challenges are common across Canada, regardless of the type or size of business you operate. That’s why the Ontario Chamber of Commerce is inviting you to participate in a survey about challenges with attracting and retaining talent. The results of this survey will be used to create programs and supports that will help organizations like yours solve hiring headaches.
The “Assessing and Developing Skills for Success” project is led by a team of university researchers, in collaboration with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, and sponsored by the Future Skills Centre.
Your participation in this survey will help us shed light on the various issues surrounding skills development of your employees and facilitate the identification of the best strategies and actions to strengthen the capacities of businesses across Canada.
The results of the survey will be publicly available in a report produced by the Future Skills Centre, but your individual responses will always be kept confidential.
Completed surveys will be entered into a draw to win one of five $200 gift cards to Best Buy.
