The Clearview Community Garden, located at 300 Mowat St., in Stayner has issued a challenge to local organizations to contribute 5 hours of time in the Garden. We are looking to recruit up to 5 volunteers to spend 1hr of time weeding, watering and gardening. It’s great for team building and a mini-getaway from your desk or workstation.
C’mon Chamber members! Take 5 and get your hands dirty while helping to grow your own community. Come and spend “thyme” in the Community Garden.
It’s easy to participate! Just reply to this e-mail to let us know if you are interested and your best availability, and we will arrange a date & time for our group to volunteer between Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM or 6 PM-8 PM. (Other times may also be available, based on the volunteer schedule).
