In the box under Early Bird 2021 Membership halfway down the page, please enter your business name and click 'Buy Now' to pay. Then fill out the Application/Renewal form here https://clearviewchamber.com/Join.

If you do not wish to pay online, cheques are still accepted to PO Box 1049, Stayner, ON, L0M 1S0. Once received, you will be sent a receipt via e-mail.
